Michael Andersen & Søn Denmark Tall Handled Vase Oxblood & Green Glaze Art Deco Danish Mid-century Ceramic

Tall handled vase / amfore from the Danish pottery Michael Andersen & Søn (MA&S).

The vase has a fantastic glaze expression with oxblood red and jade green.

The vase is most likely unique as it is handsigned with MAS Rønne and does not have any model number nor the traditional MA&S logo with 3 fishes.

The vase is difficult to date. Its style is Art Deco and at the same time it looks so fresh and modern.
We guess it´s from ca 1930s.

Unfortunately we do not have any idea who could be the designer.

Handsigned on bottom with MAS (for Michael Andersen & Søn) and Rønne (the town on Bornholm, where the pottery was situated).
