Kay Kørbing SAGA Wall Sconce of Brass and Glass for LYFA, 1970s Mid Century

Vintage ‘Saga’ wall sconce designed by Danish designer Kay Kørbing for the Danish lamp company Lyfa in the beginning of the 1970s. The glass was most likely made by Orrefors, Sweden.
The lamp is made of brass with transpant lacquer and metal with black lacquer mounted with a heavy glass shade.
It can be mounted with the glass pointing upwards or downwards.

The lamp comes with the original Lyfa label.

The lamp remains in very good vintage condition with full function only with few light signs from age and use.

Height including glass is 37 cm.
