PRICE UPON REQUEST

A lovely large bowl from the Royal Copenhagen TENERA series. It was designed by Berte Jessen Köhle ca 1960s.

Beautiful handpainted peacock surrounded by flowers. The interior with glossy glaze is contrasted by the matte brown unglazed surface on the exterior.

Would look great with fruits or just for display.

On verso marked with the Royal Copenhagen backstamp, the decor and model numbers 440/3177, the artists signature BJ and the painters signature.

Manufactured in the period 1969 to 1974 according to underscore under G in Copenhagen.

Condition:
Factory first
Very good used condition
No chips, cracks or repairs. And even no crazing which is quite rare.
Very minor scratches.
