Pair of large stylish Danish mid-century wall sconces.
The wall lamps are made by the acknowledged pottery Søholm on Bornholm and the design is attributed to Noomi Backhausen & Poul Brandborg.

The sconces consists of a large dish with a central circular disk. They are made of stoneware with a lovely structured surface. The core of the disk is glazed in light blue, beige, green and brown colors the remaining part of the disk is left unglazed. The large dish is decorated the same way, the outside is left unglazed and the center is glazed in shades of brown.
The light comes from the center part and provides a gentle and cozy light. 

They marked with Søholm Stentøj (stoneware).

Height 12 cm, diameter 37 cm

The lamps remain in good condition with full function.
No chips, cracks, crazing or repairs.
